Chinese New Year

This year is the year of "Pig" in Chinese calendar. I hope that this is a year of fortune.

As usual, Bryan brought a lot of troubles to us and made our filing record a mess. Sometimes, I feel sorry for him because actually he does not want to work like that. I understand that he has already tried his best to complete the assignments, but he mess up everything and put extract burden on us. What I can say is that he doesn't suitable for being an inspector.

But do I know what characters does an inspector need? What is good and what is bad for an inspector? I always ask such questions to myself but I cannot get the real answers. We can find traditional model answers very easily from a text book or training manual, but is that true?
